Merri stood just outside of the forest trying to make up her mind which path would be the best for finding unicorns. After hearing Gino speak about the elegant creatures she had been plagued by the desire to go find one herself. Should I go north or perhaps east? Closing her eyes she pointed towards the middle most path then chanted, "Eenie meenie minie moe which path should I pick?"

Peeking open her eyes, she saw that she had selected the western path into the forest. "I guess this is the path to unicorns! She declared as she slipped beneath the shade of the trees and hurried down the path.

After jogging for several minutes the path disappeared and she slowed to a brisk walk. Catching her breath she finally took a good look around at her surroundings. The plants and trees here were gorgeous and she felt extremely at peace in the forest, surely this is a sign that unicorns could be nearby.

Heading back to the dorm was a pretty good idea, especially when the troll's just unconscious and could wake at any moment. Rinoa went over to Merri, "Shall we?" she asked her. "He's right. It's getting dark and that thing there might wake up soon. Who knows?" she shrugged.

Merri giggled a second longer then quickly hopped to her feet, brushing away a few leaves in the process. "Yeah. I certainly do not want to be around when he comes to!" She made a face towards the troll then squealed when the creature rolled over and made a groaning noise. "It's alive! Let's go!!" She took off at a sprint, there was no way she was sticking around to watch it wake up.

Shuyin followed the rest when they have decided to head back to the academy.
